Just for grins, I thought I would add the change in my own markers from consuming about a 30% fat 10% saturated fat high carb diet or 20 years, to moving to a 60% fat 22% saturated fat LCHF diet for the last 12 months .

So I took the PURE study which measures the change in various cholesterol markers and stratifies it according to the level of saturated fat intake and added my numbers in - Unfortunately their axis are not big enough . at 10% saturated fat my bad news is beyond the top of there scale for all bad items.

At 22% fat one year later my good news is also better than there scale allows for :
it certainly looks rather dramatic when presented this way!

of course, given your results, we all want to replicate precisely the fats you are taking and your ketosis strategies.

Great!

you are very welcome to it :)

I have recorded pretty much everything I ate for the entire year- this is the precise output - I was not very good at recording the salt and pepper and glasses of water - but pretty much everything else is in there. Quite happy to send anyone a sample day if thats helpful .

I am now trying to add in - a magnesium supplement, potassium, some more cider vinegar, vitamin D and K to reflect the various deficiencies the report and my blood results indicate.

Obviously every day is very different . I try to eat as varied a diet as possible
lots of bone broths made from either beef or chicken bones,
a wide range of meat fish, cheese, seeds nuts eggs dairy , above ground veggies.

Overall I aim for 100g per day combined protein and fats and preferably under 30 g carbs.

I aim for 1250 calories per day

I fail regularly at both though hopefully I did some exercise to offset it and hoepfully on average I haev a significant calorie deficit..

Hope the attached files help. Its not as hard as it looks to record this stuff in cronometer - its a cool program1!
