So I'm thinking about tomorrow's dinner and have picked up a couple of lovely lamb chops I'm gonna throw caution to the wind and have a Yorkshire pudding ( you just can't be a Yorkshireman without a Yorkshire pudding )
My question is
I really fancy some caramelised onions or are they a no no ?
Any advice is greatly appreciated

Brave man with the Yorkshire Pudding. This is a food I miss the most, but being from Lancashire I eat them as a pudding (as the name suggests) with butter and sugar. Not a good idea at the moment! When I have them on my dinner I fill them with gravy, also not a good idea! Bisto gravy spikes me something rotten. One day maybe ....

I have caramelised red onions with no problem. Red onions, pinch of fake sugar, a splash of balsamic and let them cook down for ages. But I might be a freak so it is best to test yourself before and after.

Be more wary of the Yorkshire puddings!

Lol heathen but that's a whole topic for a different thread.
I will risk the pudding but have ditched the idea of new potatoes I figure if I spike quite heavily I will know it's the pudding, I don't want to confuse the issue hence the onion question lol

Panic over!
