I am a trainee Health Psychologist at the University of West of England (UWE) conducting a study to understand the impact of perceived social connectedness (how connected an individual feels to others) on diabetes related distress and self-management behaviours among individuals living with type 2 diabetes.
I would really appreciate any responses, it will take around 15-20 minutes to complete and the link below will take you to the survey (including a more detailed description of the study). Please note this study has received full ethical approval.
To take part in the study you should:
- Be a UK resident aged 18 or over
- Be able to read and write English
- Have a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes
