Only for LCHF?

Thank you all for your replies :) Some very sensible advice and it has cheered me up greatly .I was struggling with some aspects of the lifestyle (I'm not going to use the word diet as that implies a short term change ) but now I can see I can do it my way and still be classed as low carb .Well .....almost eveyone is who's trying to lose weight .Wouldn't it be wonderful if someone came along and said ...hey you can eat as much pasta ,rice and potatoes as you want and lose weight ;)

@AndBreathe they are being very good and learning to sort themselves out .I can usually modify a meal but if it's pasta ect they cook it themselves now .
 
I think it's fair to say that whilst I aim for LCHF, I don't always get it right. Some days I have more carbs than I'd have liked (but never normally above 150g unless it's a special occasion) or I might have struggled to get the fats in. Fats can really bump up your calories, so if you're watching how many calories you have, you can only go so far with adding fats.

Luckily, I like cheese and avocados LOL
