Only walking high on sugar and over leafing painkillers (codeine). Afraid to eat or walk.

I'm feeling much less upset on it.
I can walk without agony too.

Awaiting a back assessment on the 24th of this month.
No gallstones or internal organ problem. Infection was resolved on antibiotics for gut or bone/joint.
Being treated for IBS, GERD and now anaemia with temporary Iron tablets. Anaemia caused tiredness and worse breathing problem.

Suffering with laryngitis at mo so sleeping alot... again. Still taking Iron tablets.

I may need my magnesium checked as twitching alot, past few days.
 
@ickihun rated your post a winner as your feeling a somewhat better with less pain but here's a hug because of the things that are not so great that you are experiencing.
