Oopsie Bread (1st attempt)

Made these tonight, had the oven too high and they came out like mini souffles. With the remainder, I baked at the correct temp and it was very good.

Next time I think I’ll try it toasted with cream cheese instead. Awesome bite, a little too much crumb while chewing.

Right I’m still confused how do you get the yoke out of the egg. I tried it but it broke
 
The easiest way is to get a empty bottled water bottle. And squeeze then touch the yolk with the mouth and gently release
