Seems to me, HCPs with at least two decades of experience under their belt geting (understandingly.) as disillusioned with the dietary guidelines committee advice as thier patients...?

If I was was to criticise these public speakers on one thing, use a tablet for the text prompts. It's easier to scroll linearly with a backlit screen than struggle with pieces of A4.
Fair play to em, there was some nervous public speakers.
