I have Oral Lichen Planus and now I have Oral Thrush. Specialist has told me that it is all related. Has any body else had this problem.
 
I had Oral Lichen Planus some years ago and my dentist advised me to stop using any toothpaste which contains sodium laurel sulphate - and to use Weleda toothpaste instead.

it worked and it completely went away which was so good as I had lots of really bad mouth ulcers with it.
 
Hi I have Oral Lichen Planus on the left side of my moth, tongue and throat. The only time I have had thrush with OLP was last year whilst in hospital. I know @becca59 has the same too.
It can be incredibly painful when it flares up :inpain:
