Oral thrush

Got oral thrush from 3 weeks ago used antifungal drops and fluconazole for 3 weeks with no effect my dentist said it's bad immune system or high blood sugar levels i told my blood sugar is under control he said it will go with itself ‍♀️
What i should do ??
 
Ask your doctor or pharmacist?

do you eat a varied diet or can it possibly be because of a very narrow kind of food choices, the PH-level in ones body can be the cause to thrush
some reasons to trush can be a weak immune system, HIV-infection, or other infections... smoking can also cause it in some people, I got it when I tried to smoke pipe...and stopped emediately then, but not from smoking cigarettes

do you drink enough, do you get vitamin C , vitamin B12 or iron or folic acid enough from your diet ?
do you get antibiotica often ?
