Ordering supplies from Animas

Got my Animas Vibe on Wednesday and was told I can order supplies over the phone but I was wondering if there was any other way of ordering supplies or is it through the phone only? Not very good at phone calls but if I have to i'll put up with it!
 
You can also order by email. Does Animas have your email address on file?

Phone them and they will find you on the system by your name and postcode ok
 
You can email as IHS say's. Just give them your full name and address and SN number of your pump,and day you want the delivery. The supplies have to be signed for so be warned.
 
Don't forget your delivery address-just in case!!
 
If you havent got one, ask Animas to send you a pink skin. A skin will help protect the pump cssing from getting any damage if you accidentally drop the pump on the floor. Also, ask for some samples of Contact D steel needle and Inset 30 sets so that you can find yr ideal set for the area of insertion.
