I have not had any tummy upsets or accidents. It did make me rather bloated for the first week.
It is not a magic bullett but a tool.
I did see something on the diabetes uk website v recently that suggested that orlistat may well have a part to play in treating diabetes, but I don't know how to post links on my I pod!
It must be approved for diabetics cos we can have it with a bmi of over 28, not 30 like non diabetics.
