Other problems related to having diabetes, ie renal failure

I have just spent 12 weeks in hospital. a mixture of problems a lot related to the diabetes, sugars were in the 30's, i had renal failure, dry mouth , thrush in my mouth and throat, i ended up with a catheter, plus other problems my large bowel packed up and my hiatus is now massive causing bad taste in my mouth like poison when ever i eat or drink, i was tachycardia, I am now at home waiting for surgery, still very poorly, living one day at a time,
