Just walking through the doorway to pop upstairs and I caught my cannula on the door catch and ripped it out

Lesson learnt I suppose.

Yes it always a good idea to use a bit of tape over your tubing this then takes the yank rather than the cannula.
 
Your not the only one to do this,I did exactly the same soon after starting pumping,as CarbsRok as said I now tape the tube down.Hope all is going well with you.
