Most of us know that we should be including more exercise in our management of our diabetes.

There is such a thing as overtraining.

It was best exercise for those people who have suffer the trouble in sleeping and also heart rate is elevated while they was waked up. It was very helpful for them.
 
Yes, overtraining is bad. When doing weight training you should take 1 days rest inbetween each workout sessions. However 45/60mins of cardio can be done each day :)
