Ozempic is Working

Hi to all,

The ozempic I used on wednesday is working
my blood sugars are 6.1/ 7.0/ 5.9 getting back into
Single figures really pleased I dont belive it after
All this time diabtes nurse will be pleased
When I tell her really pleased I tried this
given me the boost I needed to get back on the
right track again.
I will check my weight tommorow i might have
Lost some of that 2.
I cannot sleep because of the excitement of being
back in single figures.

I'm super happy this is working for you, I'm also getting great results,
I was just wondering what dose you are on.
I started on 0.25 then 0.5, and my levels came down around 7~8 from 19s, but now its creeping up and im having to take 15-20 units of insulin to keep it below 10.
I've been told I will be increasing my Oz to 1.0 when I've used up my 0.5 (Dr prescribed 4months worth) #mistake,
On the weight loss side
I'm pleased to say that is working too
 
That’s great news, waiting to start it myself so good to hear it’s working for you. Do you have any side effects and what were your blood sugars like before?

Hi
I haven't had any side effects at all,
My blood sugars was around 19-26
With 85 units of humilin twice a day, if I fasted for around 12 hours I would still be around the 14 mark, I couldn't drink enough water and pass the loo without popping in for a tinkle,
Now I drink when I need too and dnt need to visit the toilet twice an hour,
I hope it works for you,
