Okay so I am being good as far as my diet is going, whilst I am battered and bruised. The thing is I am constantly hungry at the moment no matter what fats are included in my meals. Just had 2 eggs for breakfast thought that would fill me up - normally does. An hour latter hunger! Just raided some left over chicken but still feel hungry! Anyone else get like this when they are in pain. I am finding it really difficult to control and if I have too much salt I get carpal tunnel in my hands so any advice would be appreciated
