Pain at back of neck

My sugar levels have been high of late and have been feeling ill, tired and run down i also have this pain on touch at the baxk of my neck and am wondering does anyone else get this and if so is it a sign of an infection some where? does not seem to be muscle related
 
Your neck issue may be a strain issue, (May not be) I have sometimes strained mine and it is difficult to turn it in one direction, but I can massage it out and be fine the next day. That is all I can relate.

Either way, you need to contact HCP who is dealing with your Diabetes and discuss all your problems with them. This is mostly a series of medical issues that cannot be diagnosed on the forum.

Some good advice there Patsy ... my experience of neck pain is usually to do with being anxious especially if you're worrying about your health. Hope you soon get it sorted.
