pain in feet

Hello have recently had very high readings and now i am getting stabbing pains in my feet ...i work in hospitality and get free food...recently i have not been able to control my eating as well as i mostly do. Is stabbing pains in feet something to worry about ? thank you

This happens when you eat the wrong foods.

Try gel insoles as well, and visit a podatrist soon.

Check your feet every day.

And stop eating bad foods.
