Anyone else suffer intermittent pain in both leg bones, its not joint pain but pain in my thigh bones, I've been recording when it happens and find it is there more when its raining, I'm not sure its arthritis though as its not in my joints, just the thigh bones.

Is it in the actual bones, or is it in the veins? There are lots of possibilities as to what it could be, including circulation problems..

There are dozens of possible causes most of which are easily curable. But do yourself a favour and go to see your GP. Better safe than sorry

Yes, I do. It's mainly my left leg, in my thigh and shin bone, and only happens at night. The ache is so bad that it wakes me up and it is then impossible to get into a comfortable sleeping position. I am sure I read somewhere that it is a symptom of "carbohydrate withdrawal" but I have been unable to find this article or anything else that substantiates this. If this is the case, I have been on a low carb diet for nearly a year and you'd think I'd be used to it by now!

Sounds like the pain I have which feels like it goes right down to the bone. I get it when me legs are horizontal or in a cramped position and it is very bad at night. I don't think mine is related to low-carbing, I had it before that. I am seeing the doctor soon about it and will report back if I can find your post!
