Anybody else suffer with pain in the feet? It's a real horrible feeling like the foot is ice cold and when I touch it some times it's warm. I've been told it's nerve damage caused by my diabetes being untreated for so many years

Yes me, awful, it is slightly better now I am taking alpha lipoic acid, vitamin b1 and b12 supplements but it is still there 24/7.

According to Dr Bernstein you can reverse the nerve damage but your b.s. has to be 100% normal .Can't remember which video on YouTube but they all good.

I think it would be fairer to say some people find their neuropathy improves and for some disappears completely when they have very good glucose control for a sustained period. Sadly, I don't think it's a fool-proof method.

I've been told by ocdem the specialist I'm under that as I've had type1 all my life but it's been hidden by my heavy drinking (t total 2years April) that the damage is to severe. And my bloods are not great either through the day. I do take duloxutine 60mg twice daily.
