Painful legs

Hi I wonder if anyone can help. I had a hypo during the night about 10 days ago, and for the first time collapsed (blood sugar level 2.9 - but I've been lower than this in the past and never collapsed before) . It was a weird sensation - almost like all the muscles and bones were disintegrating and my legs just crumbled beneath me. I know I didn't bang my legs as they literally just went from beneath me and I went quite gracefully to the floor! I soon recovered and had my orange juice to bring me back to normal. However, since then I've had really bad pains in my legs - I could hardly walk for the first 3 days and Im still in pain now 10 days later. Any thoughts on why my legs should be like they are? Is it connected to my diabetes or could it be something else. I've not been to dr or diabetic nurse as I'm otherwise well. Thanks for any help.

You didn't by any chance bang your back or your pelvis as you went down? or land in an over-stretched position? Either could cause you to feel pain in your legs, and if it persists I think you should go to your GP. You may have bruised your bones or joints, or pulled muscles or tendons as you fell.

Get it checked - best to be sure :D
