Hi everyone,
I have read an article from the British Dietetic Association ranking the Paleo and I quit sugar diets as the second and third worst 'celebrity diets' only only beaten by a diet requiring people to drink their own p*ss....
As much as I agree with the worst (only Bear Grylls would disagree!) I have issues with dietitians considering eating unprocessed whole foods or NOT consuming sugar as BAD diets...Why? As a T2 diabetic, I avoid sugar like the plague and limit my processed food consumption, and according to the BDA this is bad?
I would LOVE your thoughts, opinions and input! By the way, when was 'Gronk the caveman' a follower of Paleo, a celebrity?????

Of the limited amount of paleo recipes I've seen I'm left scratching my head and wondering how on earth paleo man would ever have found most of the ingredients.
