Pancake toppings?

Any good ideas for pancake toppings? Currently I am melting together 2 teaspoons of Splenda with double cream and a square of 85% chocolate - it's yummy but wondering what else people would go for?

Smoked salmon and creme freiche
strawberries and cream
and I like savory so ham and cheese also goes...

You could use them like tortillas. Plonk some spicy minced beef in there, some cream cheese and guacamole and then roll 'em up.

I haven't tried making diabetic pancakes yet so I'm speculating but I think it could work!

Fresh cream and berries with some warm walnuts, and a drizzle of Da Vinci's syrup - (low carb megastore).
