OK, 3.1 grams of carbs in each .. but who's going to stop at one 15 gram pancake?? More realistically, it's 20.4 grams of carbs per 100 grams, which seems pretty carb heavy to me .. and for anyone following VLC or Keto, that's a full day's carbs gone in a few sweet and sugary mouthfuls. Not for me I'm afraid .. if I fancy something for "afters", I'd rather have some cheese. I would also baulk at paying £12.99 for a tub of powder which, to my mind, doesn't really fit the description of "real food", which is all I have eaten since I committed to my LCHF lifestyle in February.
