Yes I'm apparently in a honeymoon phase they think. It's not terribly high I think it's just that I can't control it and would prefer to never be above 7 mmol (in an ideal world I know). I think it's just the constant worry of my levels creeping up because then it would be taking me one step closer to insulin dependence :-(
And you have a point Hale nd might be right because pork is quite fatty, I don't remove the fat off my pork and it was belly pork
