Hi,

Done it a few times myself. Easily forgotten. It can be taken when remembered.
Pending on when i usually take it the night before. I find I also need a correction dose of Novorapid too?
I also reduce my Lantus dose by around a quarter due to possible "overlapping" on the following evening dose?
Just keep a closer eye than usual on the BGs..

Yarp, it can be "pants." Especially if the following day is work..
