my son has taken to all of this like a duck to water, he started off with injections and now he's uses the omni pod. All of this has hit me harder than it has him. He is due to go to London for 3 days with his school, he is all prepared to go but I'm worried sick..

I was also 15 when diagnosed and started all the diabetes care on my own, so that's perfectly normal.......
as a parent you will always worry, nothing will change that, but it seems as though he is in a much better position than a lot of other newly diagnosed and he will be fine....
