Parkrun and spiking blood sugars

    As someone said, everybody's different. I am a T1 of almost 30 years and do intense training 4-5 times a week. I have never had my bg going up. Moreover, it falls sharply, sometimes to such an extent that I need to refuel ( Lucozade sport does the trick!).

    Haven't heard of parkrun before. 5km is just right for me. I'll look it up. Thank you :)
