Does anyone else find it really difficult to get blood out of their finger after running. I had thought about building some testing into my long runs, but it seems that all my blood goes into my legs, and I end up squeezing for 2 minutes before anything comes out.
No mine gushes! I assume that's because I'm warm

@Andy12345 Good luck on Sunday, I am sure you will cruise it (then curse it)
Thankyou Matecan't wait....then don't want to do it.....then can't wait lol
I know exactly what you mean.
the problem is finding the next challenge
Plan, plan only plan I had was to get around the **** thing in one piece
Seriously though I knew I had not chance of a decent time but raising funds and helping a mate out who hit the wall big time are enough.
I have spent the week on gentle exercise, swimming and walking with lots of stretching. Got my muscles sorted by the sports therapist on Tuesday. By eck that did make my eyes water good job she is a friend and is used to my colourful language.
Legs feel fine now though
