@borofergie oh yes i hit it! fuelling was a disater and so were my tactics, firstly it was my wedding anniverysary saturday so i figured kill two birds with one stone and we had a takeaway pizza, i was thinking ill tke some carbs in, which may well be why i hit the wall at 15 miles and never went through it, i also ate 2 gels, christ knows what was in them but i was desperately trying to stay alive to the end, i also set off wayyyy to quickly, completely the opposite to everyones advice, so i dont know if i struggled because of the fast start, the pizza, not enough training, or what, i didnt prove anything to myself about low carbing and running unfortunatly, i will always regret that **** pizza lol but heyho i still got my medal
