this is "Raw Alba-style meat recipe". Quite yummy, if you ask and have a truffle ready. Otherwise you could go for the Piedmont-style one.

Hi, well I'm in Yorkshire and think from the responses I've had I'm not going to find it as difficult as I thought menu wise having never been to one before

Yeah, I appreciate what your saying regarding the carb count.. Bit like going "behind enemy lines" with the restaurant.. Lol

There should be plenty of tasty wise choices that won't affect your BS too much.. (If at all.!)
