I have some Pate in the fridge but there's no label stating carb content, does anyone know if its safe to eat.

I'm pretty sure it would be fine ... I make pate and it contains chicken livers, onions, bacon and cream. I think the problem would be more about what you put the pate on! Hope that helps!

If you have the name of the pate then google it for nutritional content.
Some of the shop bought ones have a higher carb content depending on the ingredients.

You need a BG meter.
The only way to choose what you eat personally is to test after eating, and see what it dos to your BG level.

I eat it, but I prefer the lower fat versions normally.

I'm OK with pate as well but everyone is different so what may be OK for me may cause somebody else to spike so the only way to tell it's' effect is to test.
