I rhink peanut butter is OK for many diabetics but I am sure people who actually like it will answer for you!!!!

I love peanut butter in fact had some this moning on 2 slices of 5 seeded hovis brown bread. Sometimes have it on half a lidl roll, or make a peanut butter mug cake with it, delicious, I have always tested at first 2 hrs after eating and found that for me it actually kept my BG readings down. Good luck I eat it a few times a week. Hope this of of help as I know we are all a bit different of what we can and can not tolerate. Try and test :)

@amgrudy Thanks for this coz when you first start LCHF it can all get quite confusing of what's OK & what's best to leave out, so thanks cos I can eat it by the spoonful, well if it's crunchy but not as keen on the smooth, still great on a slice of bread though. Cheers, Squeeky Steve.

Hi Sqeekyboy, try making a mug cake with your peanut butter its delicious and this will not affect your BG readings .

! tablespoon of peanut butter in a mug add a beaten egg to it and beat till well mixed. Place in microwave for 90 seconds turn out on a plate , I butter it or you can eat it on its own or have it with anything you like hope you enjoy it. :D
