which pen needles do you find least painful
Have been using spirit 33 gauge and virtually painless but finding the flow poor so am looking to replace these sadly

I use Gluco/Rx FinePoint 0.25 x 4mm needles.
These are not as smooth to insert as the old NovoFine (which are no longer available) but experience no problems when I use them for NovoRapid and Lantus if I need a pump break.

If you are having flow problems, it could be an insulin issue - some insulin is more "sticky" than others.

Are novofine gone over the counter, or just on script now

I thought NovoFine were not manufactured any more.
My Gluco/Rx are on prescription. I have no idea if they can be purchased over the counter.

I get BD viva 32Gx4mm on prescription , they are fine , much bettor than the old “darts” I’ve used in the, thankfully, distant past

I get my 4mm Novo Fine needles on perscription after a consultation with my DSN about brusing.........if you cant get them on perscription Novo Fine needles can be brought over the counter or from lots of on line places..

I use clikfine auto protect, my stomach was sore changed site to thighs, no problems approx 5 injections per day 5 31g mm
