Hi all.
Went for my annual checkup recently and asked the nurse about a pen that'll deliver half units of insulin. She seemed to think it may be a good idea as I'm taking more exercise than normal and a full unit, more or less, of insulin can be too much.
She gave me a prescription for a NovoPen 3 Demi as I'm using NovoRapid Penfill insulin. Unfortunately this is no longer in production. I tried all our local pharmacists and no-one had any.
Does anyone know of a pen that will take the NovoRapid 3ml cartridge and deliver the insulin in half units please?
