Anyone on avastin with peripheral retinopathy that have went on to have children with no complications

On avastin injection 7 week intervals to both eyes want to have kids
I’m 29
Hba1c 70% I know this needs to be lowered slowly for pregnancy or it makes eyes worse
Would love to have kids in the near future
