phone app for android phones.for diabetes uk

does anyone have a link so I can install the 'award winning app' as mentioned in todays Balance magazine? I would like to track my blood sugars and doses, exercise etc on my phone and cannot find this anywhere on google play as suggested it was.. there simply isnt one for diabetes uk as far as i can see..please help!
