Pickled newbie here...

I've started to limit everything now, cutting down to wholemeal, smaller portions etc I get bored so easily being a veggie :( but I'm learning, I'm just petrified that if I take too long to get things right I'll cause damage :(
 
All will be ok, just takes time to get used to the change , I found it difficult. I followed the Newcastle diet for 20 days now starting to introduce normal food
 
I think once I see my doctor again, maybe all these people he's referred me to etc I'll know a bit more, seems as tho I've learnt more off here tho
 
I heard some doctors are useless , my nurse as refered me to a 5 week awareness course called juggle
