Trying to eat a healthier diet as fearing diabetes - been pre-diabetic several times over 15 years and am on the lower end of bmi.
Now at 41mmol last Hbac1 test about a week ago.
Pizza base, thin ones - any avialble from a supermarket other than M&S and Waitrose as they are about 2 miles from where we live
Any flour which can make a good, thin base but not wholemeal or light wholemeal, please?
What tomato base do you use.
Or better still, ready made one ie pizza from a supermarket, thin base.
I've learned that cooling/freezing many foods before eating lowers GI substantially, so we are freezing all breads.
