PIZZA!! Has anyone tried this?

Apologies if already posted but I can't see it anywhere! Picked up a leaflet in M&S yesterday and they are doing a 'meat'zza' apparently first popularised by Nigella. but do they really claim it's "carb free" or just the base?

I’ve tried the Margherita one, tasty it was too, it’s 9.2g carb for half of one. The pepperoni one, which I haven’t tried yet is a little more, 10. something, I can’t remember exactly.

Thanks, think I'll give one a try for a change, making lo dough ones tonight but would love to just shove something in the oven for a change!

To be fair the completely carb free claim was in a newspaper not M&S
