Which is the most effective place to inject stomach upper legs or back of the upper arm or buttocks my stomach is bruised from injecting thanks

Hi, I have used all of the above, but not so much in the stomach as I had Lipohypertrophy and haven't had any problems with the other's, but mainly use my bottom for nighttime Levemir Insulin.
This question was raised recently and someone, I think it was @himtoo posted a great chart showing where to inject.
However, it is a little concerning that you are so bruised from injecting that you are looking for somewhere else to inject. Until I had my pump, I would inject in my stomach 6 to 8 times a day. Although I had some bruises, they were rarely painful and I had lots more space on my stomach to use. I used to see the bruises as good pointers to make sure I rotated my injection sites.
There are quite a few youtube videos giving advice about injecting techniques.
