I accidentally picked up a package of plain Greek Yogurt. Can I put like a teaspoon of 2 of sugar free pudding or jello in it along with a sliced berry or 2 to perk it up some?

I take a large bowl make a pint of extra strength something with gelatine, allow it to cool then pour in yoghurt and whisk, then add frozen berries. It soon sets and I eat it whenever - the gelatine bulks it up so it lasts several days in the fridge, even if I eat it twice a day.

I used to add sugar free jelly to plain yogurt but I guess my tastes have changed because it's too sweet for me now. I add a handful of frozen berries then blitz it with a stick blender, makes a pretty good substitute for ice-cream

If you defrost some frozen berries they give off a lot of juice which is good for flavouring the whole portion of yogurt instead of using fresh berries and it being plain yogurt with a few chunks of berry. With fresh berries being in season you could also blend some up to stir through the yogurt, although I'm not sure if that might cause a higher BG spike?

Another idea to try. Thank you so much!
