Hi all, I am trying to capture some data in relation to a question that @Poli asked about how I might approach presenting a case for CGM and FGM type devices like Dexcom and Freestyle Libre, so please can I ask for five minutes of your time?

I have put together this survey to find out about device use and the benefits or otherwise of using them. The survey is anonymous, so please feel free to follow the link and help capture the data. I hope to have a large enough sample size to share the results with NICE and the senior management of the NHS, as well as with local CCGs.

Please get answering - it should take you about five minutes, as mentioned!

I went to fill out the survey and realized that this was for people living in the UK.

Just a thought, but did you consider making a survey to include other parts of the world? I ask with the mindset that you'd be including people living in the USA (like me) where CGM access is most widely available.

If that isn't the point of the survey then disregard my comments.

This is mainly for UK focussed, but I've included non-UK now! Have another go.

Just a little reminder that this is going on - we currently have 250 responses and would like to get to 1000, so if you haven't completed it, or you know someone who might complete it, please do so - the bigger the population, the better: https://tim2000s.typeform.com/to/TwXH4V

not sure what you are trying to achieve with this survey AS HBAIC ARE TAKEN BY THE HOSPITAL TWICE A YEAR
and only used the sensor for 14 days which is the life time of the product and the cost perday innerly £4-00
and the great thing you can gain it what blood sugar s are doing while asleep and also the other great thing is when driving you can very easily check if going high or low
your survey ask none of these point s but are a great help to take away the guess work regards vic hill type 1 59 years

You can add those comments in the other option in "What are the benefits" question.

Bumping this once again - it would be great to see your responses if you haven't yet completed it!
