Hi to all.....
Good morning. I know many of you have been helping me get all my things ready to start changing to the low carb diet to HELP my sugar levels. I have also been doing research but someone please explain some things to me.
Bare with me while I try explain myself...its a lot harder writing it down than talking it through.
I was taught by my Rome diabetic docs I needed, 1800/2000 calories per day to be good or to be heatlhy. blah blah etc... I am 37, weight: 55 kigs(8 stone) height: 5.3 ( Im a shortie! hie hie). if this is important???
Ok...now my questions is how many carbs do I need per day for each meal?
Im really trying to understand this all. Im not good with numbers but good with food!!
For eg: I know we have 4 different carb groups: Rice, pasta, potatoes, bread OR is there a 5th?
Im thinking about it a lot and I dont want this to stress me and then when I get fed-up, I loose interest when I cant understand.
Im sure it will get better when I get my "collins gem book" and start what ever Im going to start.
I eat all kinds of food!! Thanks to my mom, Im not a fussy eater. I dont feel like Im even explaining myself properly?????
I dunno??? some one help?
