Hi i am a type 1 on metformin no insulin ,also fly jab and fibromyalgia mild astmas plus and few other health problems.does this out me in the high risk group.thank

Now I'm confused. Your other thread said T2? all T1s, apart from newly diagnosed LADA are on insulin. I answered your other thread by the way.

The government reckoned anyone having a flu jab is high risk, but I'm not sure I'd entirely believe that if I were a young T1.

Something odd between the two similar posts here: the other thread started by this user said type 2, *no* metformin: this one says
type 1, *on* metformin, but no insulin. And then the profile says 'prediabetes'.
Need clarification!

Apparently, you have been asked to clarify your type in the past on a thread dating back 43 weeks and you still haven't done so. You post the same question in two recent threads and list yourself as T1 in one thread and then T2 in another and T1 in an old thread. And prediabetes on your info section and type 1 on your profile posts page . You've stated you are on metformin on one thread and then not in other of the two most recent threads posted just 10 mins apart.

Until you clarify things, it makes it potentially risky for anyone to give advice to you when no one knows what type or if you are taking metformin or not.

People will just be very reluctant to offer advice in situations like this, I'd get things straightened out once and for all if in your shoes.

If you're not on insulin you're not type 1.
