I just want to put my first lot of blood results on here because the support & advice I've had from this site has been amazing. I was diagnosed in February this year. My HB1C was 100 & my cholesterol was quite high. My recent test was: Cholesterol 4.2 HB1C 48 Liver & kidney function is good. I have to have a repeat urine test as that was 3.2 & the Diabetes Nurse would like it to be under 3. I know I'm still very new to this but I'm determined to make even more improvements. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Absolutely fabulous results - well done.

Thank you for your kind comments

Wow Spirit01 - you are an absolute legend. What a beautiful set of numbers. You no doubt worked hard to achieve such outstanding result. Congratulations and all the very best.

This is why I love this site, everyone is so kind. I am still very overweight & have a long way to go but I have taken responsibility for my T2. I had just started on Paleolithic eating & if I had ignored my slightly blurred vision I would have been none the wiser. I now eat very low carbs, no bread, rice, potatoes, etc & have dramatically cut my portion sizes. Thank you all.
