So I've started having Yeast Extract (we all know the brand but there are others available) on my breakfast toasted Lidl Low Carb Roll and it got me wondering that good old question:

Love it or hate it?

Love it and have to have a marmite 'hit' every day or I suffer withdrawal

Edit - Vegemite is revolting and a poor substitute
 
Love Marmite but hate Vegemite, Marmite taste best on toast and dipped into a runny egg
 
I'm with Janet. I can't live without it. It's a rare day when I don't have any marmite.

Got a shock when I suddenly learned that 'marmite' is the brown stock pot in the picture on the label, and that I'd been saying it 'wrong' all my life up to that point, and that I would go on saying it 'wrong' for the rest of my life.
MAR-MEET? No. MAR-MIGHT!
 
Love it .... Marmite.
Thin spread on cheese on toast.
Thin smear while grilling bacon.
As a hot drink.
On roast potatoes.

I was right there with you JTL until you mentioned roast potatoes. Marmite - Yum. Roast potatoes Yum. Mix the two -
 
Love it been eating it all my life I'm now now 76. Marmite soldiers were the first finger food given to babies when I had mine it was even sold in the baby clinics. My children still love it and so do my grandchildren so we are real Marmite family
 
Love it but don't eat it very often as I rarely eat bread.
 
If you don't eat bread, may I recommend marmite on a slice of cheddar...?
 
Love it...mmm marmite toast...has to be the best comfort food in the world
 
Dirty, disgusting stuff...spawn of the the very devil himself........are you picking up on the vibe that I'm not awfully keen on the stuff myself? lol
However I still fantasize about 9shush0 lemon curd on cheap white bread sigh

Love it, especially spread thickly. Marmite flavoured crisps are/were just as equally nice
