popcorn cauliflour

come across this recipie for cauliflour popcorn tried it tonight was lovley and a change from boiled ...
i dis try to upload pic but was error

whole head cauli
olive oil
spices i used chilli/curry powder
coat the florets and oven bake until golden yummmy
