Have you tried Keto coconut porridge? Recipe is on Dietdoctor.com. It is a lovely, low carb alternative.
As for being bunged up, I find coffee helps along with a daily pinch or two of psyllium husk. Good luck.
Yes, I agree with Guzzler. The keto coconut porridge is just wonderful, and I find it a very satisfactory substitute for the old creamed rolled oats I used to love (with loads of honey or brown sugar etc etc poured on top in the bad old days).
Keto porridge with either coconut or almond milk if a non-dairy sort. And heated berries according to your carb count plopped on top and for me with masses of cream - yummy yum. Barely registers on the BG metre as a rise.
