We can't really answer that. You need to find out for yourself by testing after eating your porridge to see if your BGs are acceptable; that's assuming that you're low carbing to achieve good BGs? If so, and your BGs are below 7.8 MAX two hours after eating, then your porridge is OK. I say MAX, because personally I like all my readings to be below 7, so adjust my diet to that. If your BGs are higher than 7.8, or any lower personal target you have set yourself, cut down or ditch the porridge.
